Absolutely. Farm visits are welcome for qualified buyers. We typically host 2–3 buyer visits per month. Contact us to schedule a tour of our facilities, which includes the rearing units, processing facility, and packaging line. Travel and accommodation cost guides are available upon request.
Yes. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to German delivery addresses via refrigerated road transport through Italy and Austria. Transit time is typically 3–5 business days from Albania. We also work with established freight partners who can offer DAP terms if preferred.
For quail eggs, our minimum is 100 dozen (1,200 eggs) per delivery. For quail meat, the minimum is 10kg per delivery. First-time buyers can request a sample shipment (25–50 eggs or a 3-bird meat box) before committing to regular orders.
Yes. For orders above 250 dozen eggs or 50kg meat per delivery, we offer full private-label and co-branded packaging. We can print your brand's logo and design on egg cartons, vacuum-sealed meat trays, and master shipping cases. Minimum lead time for custom packaging is 3 weeks.
AQF holds: HACCP Food Safety Certification, ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System, Albanian Ministry of Agriculture EU Export License, and third-party lab accreditation through a German DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory. Copies of all certificates are provided with your first order documentation package.
We accept SEPA bank transfer, SWIFT international wire, and letter of credit (L/C) for large contract orders. First-time buyers pay 100% upfront. After a 3-order history, we offer 30-day net payment terms to qualified buyers with a credit reference.
